I know, I know…it’s written all over my face!  I’m absolutely crazy over my baby girl!  To say I love my sweet Audrey is an understatement. I would gladly enter myself into a real “Worlds Greatest Dad” competition. If there’s one thing that I’m gonna be good at in life, it’s going to be that I’m the best daddy you could’ve ever hoped for. You know why I say this with confidence and know that it’s true?  Because I love you more than you could ever dream, even more than I thought possible.

I plan on being all kinds of daddy’s to you. Im gonna be the crazy, fun loving, acting silly, don’t care who’s watching daddy that makes you laugh and giggle (even if it’s at my expense). Im gonna be the encouraging, vocal, tshirt with his daughter’s name on it, you can do it, cheerleader daddy who roots you on at whatever you do. I’m gonna be the long way home driving, had a bad day, cry on my shoulder daddy when you need someone to talk to. I’m definitely going to be that cleaning my gun, sit on the couch have a talk,scary daddy when some boy wants to take you to a movie. Might I add I’ll hunt you down if you even think about looking at my daughter the wrong way, go to jail kinda daddy. I’m gonna be the Taylor Swift concert going, middle school girls night out, chauffeur driving daddy. I’m gonna be the love you no matter what, daddy’s little girl got in trouble, tough love daddy. As bad as I don’t want to be, im even gonna be the do what’s best even if you don’t like it, hard decision making daddy that hopes you’ll thank me later.

But most of all, I’m gonna be the Jesus loving, take you to church, teach you what matters most, real men love Jesus daddy. I am going to show you that as crazy as I am about you, you have a father in heaven that’s even crazier about you!  As much as I love you, your father in heaven loves you even more!  I’m gonna show you what Jesus has done and is continuing to do in your daddy’s life. I’m gonna teach you to talk and pray to Jesus. Thank Him, love Him, ask Him, serve Him, and tell others about how awesome he is!  If I do anything right in this life, I want to make sure you know Jesus. And I don’t mean know about him, I mean know him personally like daddy does. God is So Good!  He gave me you and mommy and that’s about as good as it gets!
